Cynthia Irby Wilson, M.D., FAAD
Dr. Wilson is a board-certified dermatologist and the founder of Island Park Dermatology in Daniel Island, South Carolina. She has more than 10 years of experience as a dermatologist in Charleston, South Carolina. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Dr. Wilson received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. She then completed a one-year research internship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She received her medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama, where she graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Wilson was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and served as Vice President of this medical honor society. Upon graduation, she completed her internship in Internal Medicine at UAB before starting her dermatology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. She served as chief resident during her final year of residency.
Dr. Wilson and her husband, Jeff, have two daughters, Olivia and Lucy, and a golden retriever named Belle. They have loved being a part of the fantastic community of Daniel Island since 2013.
Dr. Wilson is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the South Carolina Dermatological Association, the Charleston Dermatological Society, the South Carolina Medical Association, and the National Psoriasis Foundation.
Asta Ragmanauskiene

Originally from Lithuania, Asta has over a decade of experience as a registered nurse working in the Emergency Room and has more than 7 years of experience working as a compassionate and knowledgeable licensed medical aesthetician. Asta’s experience has been in educating, treating and supporting all of her patients’ skin care needs and creating customized treatment plans that will achieve optimum results for all in her care. Asta is exceptionally skilled in customized facials, microneedling with PRP, dermaplaning, and laser treatments.
In her spare time she enjoys the beautiful Charleston weather at the beach and traveling. She is also a very proud mother to Laura, a star dermatology resident at UT-Memphis Medical Center. Island Park Dermatology is so fortunate to have her expertise.
